MENTORING

We offer mentoring for communications professionals. Additionally, we offer mentoring to business executives/ business owners across a wide range of industries, where we have the applicable experience/ expertise to support them.

Mentoring is tailored and practical, leveraging decades of international business experience to help you explore options and co-create solutions. We look to share perspectives, experiences and insights, supporting you as you grow professionally.

Our mentoring is always confidential, and we have experience working with those in start-ups, those working in large-listed organisations, C-suite executives/ senior leaders and those facing periods of significant change or challenge.

We can offer one-off mentoring sessions, but typical mentoring arrangements are commitments over 6 months or one year, with the option to renew.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

We provide one-to-one executive coaching that helps professionals and business owners enhance their own performance, self-awareness and leadership skills.

Coaching is different to mentoring in that it is coachee-led, facilitating valuable personal reflection, and often leading to significant and profound personal growth.

Coachees can be from any industry or background, but we have particular interest and skill in coaching those who are returning to the workforce, C-suite/ senior executives/ managers new in-role, those newly promoted to lead a department or function, and those at a careers cross-road.

All coaching is confidential, and provided in accordance with the guidelines set out by the International Coaching Federation, the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Coaching is usually offered in 6-session blocks, but it is possible to arrange one-off coaching sessions and to extend agreements.
