WHO WE ARE

Tori Cowley is the founder and managing director of Robyn Consulting.

Throughout her career Tori has advised Chairs, Boards, CEOs and leaders all over the world, helping them navigate complex stakeholder landscapes at critical junctures. She has led award-winning teams in Europe, Asia and North America and won numerous accolades for investor engagement, crisis management, branding and communications. Tori has regularly been included in rankings of the world’s leading Corporate Affairs practitioners.

Prior to establishing Robyn Consulting, Tori was part of the executive management teams at a number of leading organisations, including London Stock Exchange Group plc,  Mitie plc and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX). She has worked on extensive M&A and change programmes, sat on the board of three philanthropic foundations and played a pivotal role in helping organisations navigate complex economic and geopolitical landscapes.

Today, alongside running Robyn Consulting, Tori has a number of other roles, including as Chair of Taylor Birchwood, the international specialist corporate affairs and investor relations executive search firm, as Non-Executive Director at independent UK school, Ardingly College and as a visiting lecturer at the University of Florida.

She is a Chartered Accountant, holds a BSc in Economics and is a graduate of the Corporate Affairs Academy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She is currently completing her accreditation as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School.

Tori brings together deep strategic expertise, commercial acumen, practical hands-on board-level experience and a strong mix of EQ and IQ to her mentoring, coaching and advisory work.
